So, who's blocking my access to my Blog?

Honestly, since the first day I decided to immortalise my thoughts in a blog and opted to do it here I have never had even a sneak view of my blog. All I do is to preview while loading AdSense, after which I don't know what happens. Is anybody blocking access to the site http://***.blogspot.com because I cannot open any other blog I would like to view? I decline to take no for an answer. My blog has no politics that is harmful to anybody here. I'm disappointed that I cannot enjoy the beautiful thing I have created. Can anybody help?
